These are the churches in Washington County. Only churches with a website are listed.

Classification

Mainline Protestant churches are largely liberal. Evangelical churches are largely conservative. Black Churches are largely African American, and Charismatic Churches promote the ongoing use of the miraculous spiritual gifts.

Worship Style

Traditional Worship uses more structure and features hymns. Contemporary Worship uses less structure and features Contemporary Christian Music. Blended Worship is somewhere in the middle. A single church might a service in each style (like First UMC Brenham).
